I STILL don't have some questions in the first post answered.
1. When is tranquilizing allowed? It hurts actually nobody but gives some time to do certain tasks.
2. If the cops order you to kill one of the people inside the base, does it still count as RDM?
3. If you see contraband inside that base, can you sneak inside that base and destroy it?
