Summary: The user in this report admitted multiple times in OOC and in other forms of communication he broke NLR, although he claims it a mistake how does a full time aggressive role player accidentally break one of the most important rules on the server? Let’s not mention the fact he has over 4000 hours and a multitude of bans varying in reason. 

To give the situation a little bit more context the accused user was killed in slums by Obay for shooting him, 5 minutes went past and we were confronted by a group of officers. Whilst distracted by these officers frost flanked behind us, whilst under NLR which he clearly agreed to follow upon respawning, put us all under gunpoint so they could commence a raid. Once we were all under fearrp he fled the scene returning to the nexus.

Evidence: Available upon request due to this being posted from my phone, also there are chat logs and multiple witnesses from the situation. He literally admitted to it so I don’t really know what other evidence you would like. Would just like to throw it out there that lying in the court house incurrs an increased punishment.

Firstly, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

After inspection and discussion with some of the team we have decided that the accused player has been found guilty of breaking NLR.
Not only did the player return to their death location, they also put those that had killed him under FearRP.

The following punishment has been handed out:
Frost - 3 day NLR blacklist - Breaking NLR by returning to place of death and putting his killers under FearRP

And for Frost, we appreciate your dedication to Fearless and you are one of our most active players and so of course everyone messes up now and then and we understand that you attempted to remedy this afterwards, however you still broke a rule and so you are receiving this punishment. As per protocol, you will be receiving your last chance again.
