Title of Bug: Police Ford - Colour changing and bodygroups missing

Description: Bodygroups are missing from the police ford, such as the ANPR cameras ontop, front grill and the lightbar which cannot be removed or changed. Admins can only change the car colour by changing the material, changing it otherwise only effects the text on the side. This, however, is only temporary.

The workshop page for it says there's a lot more bodygroups though, it also really sucks if it isn't customizable at all.

The explorer is customizbale in single player under the "equipment tab" when you hold down c. By going with what Coffee said I guess it has been disabled.

And I think that colours don't save as photon uses a custom livery thing.

I've enabled modifications for the car.

The workshop addon does say that there are a lot more customisable parts, but that doesn't work for me.
