Yes, the tank moves. Although there's a weird bug on FL that I've never seen anywhere else. When you rotate a motor 90 degrees from it's original spawn angle, it no longer can apply force to the prop it's attached to. This means that turning further than say 70 degrees renders the tank immobile sadly.
