Sims 4 - CityRP

Hey fellas and fellañas, 

I was thinking about creating a Sims 4 town based on Fearless CityRP areas.
I could share these projects for download if anybody else would be interested in having EvoCity inspired lots on Sims 4. 

Please, holler at me with the areas that you want me to recreate into the Sims 4.
Since the new maps are huge, I would gladly prefer if you would suggest v2d based areas, or areas that would fit in a lot. 

The reason I'm doing this is because I want to challenge myself into building different things than I'm used to, aswell as a whole custom town. 

I also take suggestions for playermodels and custom RP setups that you have made, i.e. something from a Restaurant RP.

I would love to see the villas and the MTL area where you can build your own houses at the grass field

You should try and make a good replica of the shopping street on v5p. That would be nice to see.

Also seeing a Sims 4 Villas estate would be pretty cool. The v5p version

v2d villas are almost done! I will build some public lots before stepping over to v5p villas.
If someone ever has run a shop, library, restaurant, gym, club/bar, don't hesitate to link your RP thread or PM screenshots to me.
