I used to use Dxtory, but then Nvidia Shadowplay came out, which is free if you have a Nvidia GPU.
Kind Regards,

It came with the GPU
No watermark
Lots of good options such as autorecord and such
-
Large file size
Slow processing

Files aren’t slow to process with this at all, mine process and are ready to be uploaded within minutes of recording.

I use Shadowplay.
+
Easy to use
Configurable to save the last X amount of minutes (between 1 and 10 I believe.)
Status overlay which displays FPS as well as the status of your recording
Organizes your recorded files by game instead of throwing them all into one folder

-
Large file size
Alt+Z overlay can be annoying if accidentally activated
