Also, I'm not sure why the footage is broken for me, but he did something else too. He randomly cuffed me, tazed me, stepped on me, and then sprayed me down. It's irritating that my footage isn't viewable.

The accused was found guilty of backseat administration and (ironically) failrp due to the mass random demotions, which would not occur in real life without prior investigation.

As the user has over 100 hours and a prior punishment for the said offence, he will receive a 2 hour blacklist from President.

The other pieces of evidence provided by JamieK540 are insufficient.
