a lot of rules do need rewording or changing, either because no one knows the hell they mean or they are no longer relevant, this is one of them rules.

Absolutely, FL deserves the PG/Powergaming rule.
Forcing roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance by just typing /me's which are not possible script-wise so that you can gain an unfair advantage, it's sooo annoying and must be stopped.
