Summary: We had a shots fired called to the Villa, once we arrived we attempted to find an entrance point to the house, All doors were propblocked and there was NO keypads to open ANY of the propblocked doors.

The accused user was found guilty of breaking rule 6.2, due to the fact that none of his doors seem to have keypads; you must have at least one entrance to a property. In this instance, the balcony does not count (assuming it too wasn't prop blocked), as it is inaccessible from the bottom floor.

On top of this, even if he did have keypads somewhere, he is in violation of both rules 7.3 and 7.6. The keypad is not in a visible space with a clear function, and if the door does open, it is double dooring as there is less than 2phx units of space between them.

Because of the aforementioned offences, the accused will receive a 2 hours blacklists from physgun, toolgun and props.
