Right after that An admin came and fixed the situation He solved it and cleared it out, No need for this player report since admin attention on the case has already been given.

iam realy dont understand why you report me ... becuse i win and then i bet agien and you take my money... i win when i bet on the black .. after we calld the admin you give me the money back but you try to scamed me becuse some one else if i was there its not say  i scamed you.

Although below is my stated opinion on the case and I will have final say in this PR as to who/if anyone is punished I will bring it up with some more higher ranking staff members to get some more opinions.

BanditstyleE can be removed from this, he was not a part of what happened regardless of him being friends or coming with pfLood3n. He didn't actually do anything to warrant punishment.

This to me seems like something that should be kept IC. You've made this dupe and unfortunately left yourself open with people having the ability to move the pointer/spinner, something I understand may not be intentional and solely like that for the build to work but regardless it's there. As I said in the situation itself, I saw a security guard you guys have hired, why did he not spot this? If someone tampered with a spinner on a roulette wheel at the table they would be escorted out by security for attempting to 'scam' in IC or tampering with your equipment.

It also leads onto getting the government involved, calling the Police over to either issue a curfew/ban from the store for both gentlemen or even arresting them. You could also RP having their faces/ID's printed or on a ban system so security could deny their entry at any given time.

It all seems way too IC for me to hand out a punishment because there are plenty of appropriate actions that can be taken in character to punish and prevent this from happening.

Again I will pass this case around to other staff members and gather some opinions, I will let you know the outcome as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated.

Concluding notes

After speaking with AwestruckBullet he agrees with my above points leading me to deny this PR against both pfLood3n & BanditstyleE.

I didn't see any deliberate distraction, and if there was any present it would be dealt with IC through the above suggested measures. To prevent this in the future I would set up more IC mitigation so it doesn't happen again.
