Summary: 

Firstly, I apologize for the fact that my microphone is not heard during the clip. It is due to the fact that my shadowplay was not setup correctly. I have since amended this.

KHiLL approaches me and asks if I can release his friend from jail. I said that it depends. He offered $2000. I said that if someone had been arrested,
they were to serve their time and that bail was not an option.  He then left the Nexus for a while.

He returns and asks again for his friend to be released, to which I say no once again. He continues to ask. I head into the elevator and attempt to press the button but he enters the elevator with me. Fearing my own life, I step out in time and report the trespasser to the SRU. I head up with the SRU to apprehend the man. I tell the SRU multiple times to arrest and detain the man which they do not. He then pulls out a galil and sprays me down for trying to get him arrested. This is a violation of 14.2d You cannot raid the President solely as retaliation for being arrested or warned by police due to your own actions, i.e. you cannot raid just because you were arrested for speeding or mugging someone.

I was a witness to this person breaking rules while Mint was President - While I was Presidential Security KHILL sprayed me down with a galil for telling him t leave the nexus while there was a situation happening he also came to me while I was a cop after I changed job and killed me then too.

Was involved as one of the SRU. 

I'd just like to state he wasn't immediately arrested, as you sent him up in the elevator, with an open lobby policy in place as laws, seeing as he was compliant with us up until the shooting, we tried to just arrange escorting him out. 
It's a bit far imo to prosecute someone for trespass when you have an open lobby policy as president, and sent him up in the elevator, I can see how you'd be worried about a man following you into an elevator, but it's a bit of a tricky situation to judge from all parties perspective, as trying to post bail isn't in itself a threatening act. 

It's also a bit of a jump to argue that he was raiding solely because he had been arrested, it could well be argued that he initiated violent actions against you because you wouldn't release his friend from jail. And that he was more than willing to just leave, he opened fire imo because he was trying to secure his friends release and facing jail for it, not an approach I'd take myself, but just my thoughts on it. 

I'm also fairly sure he killed you dragnort because you had killed his friend earlier on. And whilst it's not my place to say this, we both know you should make a seperate PR for that, and not piggyback it on.

Was the other SRU on the scene. Khill arrives at Nexus and speaks with the president in the lobby about releasing his pal. Mintblackbeard gives him an answer that might've slightly agitated him, as he leads him into a conversation, which was quite the waste of time since the answer was simply "No."

Later on Khill enters the Nexus again, to speak to the president, but as far as I know, they enter an elevator together, which Mint dodges by jumping out at the last second. Telling us to arrest him for trespassing. We go up the ladder in the shaft and manage to find him, and we decide to escort him out as a courtesy since the open lobby policy might've not been clear since mint considered the elevator trespassing, and also because we weren't sure if he lured him into the elevator for the purpose of arresting him. However now when the stakes got higher in the situation, it would appear that Khill had no choice except to attempt to kill the president.

Dragnort, Mint was president for quite the time, his kills of you are not related to this scene, therefore I suggest making another PR.

You tricked me into going into the elevator, sent it to your top floor and ran out before the door closed, then called SRU up there to arrest me. That was all after the attitude and sarcasm you have me in the lobby.

If you don't want to be killed or shot at dont bait people into a situation where they may be inclined to do so. It's really not a hard a concept.

I discussed the topic with KHiLL on steam and we came into a conclusion on the situation. He should have not killed/raided you for not getting his friend from the jail or for being warned/punished by SRU.
