Do you have any video evidence it was Snapz tranquilizing people at the end?
A screenshot of a tranquilized body is not enough I am afraid.

Though there is enough evidence on LazyBlue.

I don't have any evidence myself of Snapz tranquilising him, and thought the screenshot might be tenuous at best. I think Predator might of got it on video, so I'll ask him to upload it if he has it.
