Money package

I bought 3 money package.
I got nothing on my in-game wallet.
Why? What should I do?

Did you exit the server before you donated?

Do you mean 'Confirmation number'?
I can't find any inv_code.

i had this problem the otherday with 20 money packs and i have the inv number just not sure were to put them to get my money.

EDIT: i was also at the time not in the server as it was being (d)dosed at the time :/ probs not the best time to donate eh?
