Summary:My friend got in prison, so I decided to make a ECM Jammer. I bought the schematics and then a random guy picked it up and couldn't give it back. I would like to get a refund and not ban the guy in this video. I didn't get to record when it happened, but the guy said in the video I have here that it was him.
I also forgot to hit the record button because there was another situation before this happened, so I had to stop the recording.

I was there to try and help resolve the situation before but I believe this recording is from after I left. I can confirm that he had taken the schematic as he had said that he wanted to return it but couldn't. We tried to contact administrators but none were online and he didn't have the money/didn't want to pay the 50K and only to have the schematic returned to Emish.
