Summary: I was on a chase with someone and SantaCake was on the passenger seat, I start to cuff the driver and my partner starts to cuff Santacake, but as soon my partner starts cuffing SantaCake (Displayed in the chat) SantaCake jumps back into the car as the driver and drives away.

Note: SantaCake said he was "tabbed out" and just came back so he didn't know what was going on but clearly he knew.
