Summary: I was waiting for a warrant (I think, not sure) when Ethan came and Cdm'd me. I didn't see who was the driver and the owner of the car but Zombie, (he was waiting with me) told me it was Indeed Ethan.
Note: After like 5 minutes or so, turned out LordeZach says he was the one driving the car and the one Cdm'd me so I am not sure.
