Title of Suggestion: Fix /flip

Description: Fix the /flip Command.

Why: If you enter /flip in the Chat it actually Flips the Car if it's upside down. Cause it currently just says Unknown Command.

Removed due to a bug resulting in the car license plate and ownership messing up, Arny did try to fix it.

Closed, was removed intentionally due to bugs.
