Title of Bug: Cannot +Rep Players

Description: Currently when I press Rate user it does not work with a small message in the corner that says "javascript:void(0)"

ps not sure if its just me having this problem.

Change your browser to the Fearless Classic, since there is something broken with the Fearless 2017 style... You can change it in the bottom right corner!

It is the Forum theme, it is very bugged. Use another one, as Fearless 2017 is broken. It will get fixed soon.

Even though you can change the theme, yes this is an issue that I am also experiencing.

Go to the bottom right hand corner of the forums. Click the box that states 'Fearless 2017'and change it to another theme and hit the 'Go' button next to it.
