Help with triple monitor set up

So im looking to upgrade my 2 monitor set up with 3 new monitors. The thing is that i really have no idea if it will work at all. So ive come to the fl community for some help.

I want to make this happen as i just got s stearing wheel and really want to play games like Dirt 4, Project Cars and ETS/ATS.

Im looking for 3 1080p displays with both HDMI and DVI ports and a maximum of 22 incs.
Im also looking to have them all on a dedicated stand

 Any ideas? please help.

EDIT: I have no idea if my GPU can support 3 monitors at once or know if it can handle the res i will need to play it at.

You can get screen mounts from like a b&q or Costco s o your fine in that respect
