Small changes

This update brings some small changes to the gamemode and some more props.

Plates pack part 1

Spoiler :

After some time of brainstorming we decided to implement this pack with only "approved" models that are working for now. This pack for now has one plate set with many bodygroups like - wineglass, fork, small plate and so on. There aswell some separate props with it. Plate has 2 skins for now.

Car Sounds & Handling

- Ambulance handling changed, speed increased slightly, added sounds
- Mitsubishi Evo sounds added, reduced the rly fast turn a bit.
- Fort Transit and Raptor sounds added

GTA Apartment props

Added selection of props from GTA Apartment props. Fixed some textures and some models that had issues. The pack used by FL doesn't contain all props because some of them are not fitting or might be abused.

Fixed soda machine

Soda machine is now fixed and the soda price is $90 and gives 5hunger.

Fireman now gets $100 for one fire entity extinquished.

Clamp lockpick delay reduced

Time reduced considerably. (Atleast half the time)

The clothing now gives you extra kevlar. (65% dmg reduction)
