Kumonryu
Modinna
Land of City States
Across the seas from our homelands of the so called 'Far-East' we've come too the Land of Modinna. These mysterious lands are lead by men and women whom choose the fate of their city states by engulfing them in fame or fire... Our first steps on land have found us set up inside the City States of Evocity, Czechnya, Amsteria, Downtown, and Hometown... Through out the first three years we've found traders without masters, greed without dream, and now... We're here to change that.

The Guild Hall
The Kumonryu Trading Guild's guildhall is a place of meeting cultures. The Far East meets Modinna. Here the people of Evocity will be able too do trade with one and another and RP peacefully away from the harsh conflicts which partake in Evocity's Forest.
Kumonryu will only make it's Guild Hall with three to five members present on the server. Otherwise we'll usually be running stall-places around the city. If we do run the Guild Hall though...
The Kumonryu Trading Guild's guildhall is a place of meeting cultures. The Far East meets Modinna. Here the people of Evocity will be able too do trade with one and another and RP peacefully away from the harsh conflicts which partake in Evocity's Forest.

Kumonryu's main buildings in the Guildhall will usually be in the back, but this is how they'll look...
Trade - This building will be used for purchasing stalls, auctioning items, and making bar reservations.
Auction - This will be an open floor which will be used for the auctioning of expensive items or bulk[boxed] items. Later in this page I'll post the registration fee's for selling things in the auction house.
Bar - This is the Kumonryu operated Sushi Bar/Inn. Here players may purchase sushi and beer, and have discussions with the bartender or they may purchase a room, and chill back while waiting for orders to be fulfilled.
Trade Rates
Stall Rents[2x4]
Stalls are done with PHX Plate sizes. This is just the initial lay down... You may ask Kumonryu members if you make add outward slightly.
One Stall is $1000 [This covers the purchase ($400) and Guild Defense($600)]

Long Stalls[2x8] are $1600 [This covers the purchase($1000) and Guild Defense($600)]

You only have to pay once for Stall Rents. After that you can sell/purchase items for whatever your need.

Initial Auction Payments
In order to put an item up for auction... The user must follow this initial payment method in accordance to the following sale measurements...
A = Item
B = Quantity
Z = Initial Payment
A x B = Z
Automobiles
Below $100,000
If the automobile's market price is below 100K, the IAP will be $2,000
$100,000 - $200,000
If the automobile's market price is 100K - 200K, the IAP will be $6,000
$200,000 - $400,000
If the automobile's market price is 200K - 400K, the IAP will be $10,000
Anything above $400,000
If the automobile's market price is above 400k, the IAP will be $15,000

Food/Medical/Misc
For every ten items listed[no matter the item] the IAP will be $200.
For example...
If the user were too put 60 Fish on Auction his IAP would $1200.
This is a fair IAP... Fish sell for usually a minimum of $300 and maximum of $500. That would mean that the seller could make $30,000 or more considering this is an auction and prices are bound to skyrise.

Firearms
Rifle-Ammo Taking Firearm
If the Firearm takes Rifle-Ammo, the IAP per firearm will be $500
Pistol-Ammo Taking Firearm
If the Firearm takes Pistol-Ammo, the IAP per firearm will be $100
Shotgun-Ammo Taking Firearm
If the Firearm takes Shotgun-Ammo, the IAP per firearm will be $200

1. Do not Scam [You will be reported and be blacklisted from the Guildhall]
2. No Firearms [Crowbars are fine though]
3. No Contrafarming in Stalls. [You'll be reported to the Police as well as logged by FUMUKU's DEA.]
4. If you have a rowdy customer call for a Kumonryu official.
5. Have some style... And be colorful.

1. When bidding shout 'KOI - [cash amount]'
2. Sit in a chair, please.
3. Do not bid what you can't spend.[You may be forced to work for the seller]
4. If you win the bid, meet the seller inside the Trade House. You'll be moved to the 2nd Floor to begin the transaction.

Becoming a Trader
So you wish to become a trader under our Trade Guild's banner. This isn't a hard task, but you must understand the guilds rules first.
1. Respect all Traders2. Respect Roleplay3. Do not steal from other traders. [This will get you blacklisted from trading/buying within Kumonryu Trade Halls or Stall Rows]4. Respect your Trade... [If you are selling sushi, roleplay making the sushi before selling it.]5. Do not set up the Trade Hall without one of the Founders present.6. Do not harass other groups.7. Do not do things which may seem mingey.
In order too apply for Kumonryu you must post/fill in the following...
Once you are done writing this application it'll usually take one too two days to get a reply.

Now Introducting, Kumonryu Construction
As Kumonryu opens up more branches we've found ourselves with some unusual orders from within the community... These orders were asking us to build, RP Buildings and Forts for people around the city... With this I'm proud to say that Kumonryu will be opening up construction branches which will allow players to put up orders for buildings and fortifications produced by Kumonryu. Our buildings will be fireproof and have some aesthetic looks which will impress your peers and strike fear in your enemies.
Current Pricings[Floors + Style + Fort/RP Building]
Floors:
One floor is $1,000
Two floors is $3,000
Three floors is $5,000
Style:
Styles range from Roman to Early Colonial... Just make sure it's something fesiable too build[or have the wallet for it]
We'll judge how much the pricing for the 'style' will be by picture reference.
Type:
We've got two main buildings...
Fort - Military/Clan Buildings which are made to protect troops and hold ground against oncoming attacks. These buildings will cost the most, and clan leaders/military leaders will have to sign a disclosure on this page saying that we are not involved in any conflict which they partake in.
RP - RP Buildings are things like our Tradehalls... Meant to improve the standard of RP on the server. These building cost much less then the forts, but are usually less protected against raiders and such.
