As the feat of 2017 continued, Joseph Deacon's company became weaker and weaker, until the business became bankrupt. Miki and Riko were concerned about their group. Joseph began to show signs of weaknesses, unable to organise races, struggling to discipline the group members, and lacking engagement. This issue was raised, and the heads of Kaizen decided it was time for Joseph to resign.

Riko Kaizen showed enthusiasm in taking the lead role, continuing what Kaizen was created for, racing. He realised more potential as he swept up the ashes that Joseph Deacon had left, and awoke the spirit of Kaizen. Re-stabilising Kaizen would be a hard task, but Riko felt the confidence to do so, and so he began the rebirth of Kaizen.

Our crew focuses on illegal street racing and other criminal acts.
Our goal is to become the greatest street racing crew there is. We organize local street races for both our crew members and the public.
Apart from the street racing, we also execute well-planned heists to earn our much-needed money.

Street King
The Street King is the highest leader of them all. He will make sure everything is done as it should.
The street king, will together with the Mastermind, set up races around the city.
One can not apply to this role.

Mastermind
The Mastermind that gives the “Street king” the best advice and makes sure all the business paperwork is done correctly.
He will most likely also help out the street king on the track. With that being said, he more or less the Street King’s right hand.
One can not apply to this role.

Race Advisor
The Race Advisor will teach both the new members and the loyal members,
anything from how to act in the clan to how to win a street race.
One can not apply to this role.

Loyal Crew Member
This rank will be given to a Rookie which has shown his loyalty to the group.
A loyal Crew Member is the most common rank in the group, this is where all the street racing happens.
One can not apply to this role.

Roadster

This is the rank that will be given to people who are seen as experts in the racing profession.
They show initiative to racing and are always looking for new ways to claim the streets.
One cannot apply for this role and must therefore be earned.

Flag Girl
The “Flag Girl”, or what some others would call them: Side-B*tches, are around when the races begin.
Their job is to make sure everyone is having a good time, and also at some points start the races.

Lookout
Lookouts are the ones that are making sure that there is no heat at the races.
They are always aware of the police force and the police radios to make sure, that the racers are safe
from getting caught.

Mechanic
The mechanic is the one keeping all the cars up to date with the newest styles, modifications and more.
Whether it is for the Street King or one of the Rookies.

Rookie
Someone who is new to street racing will start here. They will learn everything they need to know to progress.
The Rookie will need to show his loyalty before gaining a higher rank.

Kaizen is a successful clan. Just because they've had a new leader doesn't mean they will fail.

Good Luck, but please remember it wasn't an abdication I left because you lot had no enthusiasm and cared not about the clan but a full blown war. But good luck! You'll need it.

Just a small detail that i'd like to adress though.

Calling Kaizen a clan in-character wise sounds weird. I'd rather call it a group, as that sounds so much better, and fits your ideals. Good luck with the group, let's hope this is the last leader change.
