If I get Garrys Mod on my new steam account that has CSS and HL2 Ep 2 would I be able to transfer all my money and items from FL RP?

If not then would admins be able to do it for me?

That is a good idea, but be sure to do it on a safe place, you don't want it to be stolen by someone else.
