Title of Suggestion: Police Cap Description

Description: The police cap does not state that it requires RP points for use. 

Why: Adding that to the description would help people understand the requirements before they try to buy it and are unable to.


((also, why does it require one point anyway? firemen can buy their clothing without points))

Yeah this makes sence, it's the same for the Fedora, I've been told it requires 1RPP however does not state that in the description.
