Title of Bug: Property Menu Bug

Description: [b]It does not allow me to buy doors, I press the key and it pops up with the message "You cannot open this menu in this current state!", it may be related to being tied up once. Generation tried slaying me, respawning me, yet it still did not work.[/b]

Maybe you had a warrant on you? That's the only thing I can think of which doesn't get reset when you're respawned. Which would explain why it wouldn't be the fact that you were handcuffed or tied up.

Or maybe you were in the process of doing one of the custom acts and were still technically in the state of that act even if it didn't look like it. With some acts, you need to press Stop Custom Act afterwards.
