EmilyOasis is found guilty of breaking FearRP at the start of the video, she does not make an attempt to get out, but rather an attempt to drive off, while told to get out under gunpoint, this is FearRP. Although she tried to get out later on, it is still delaying a situation on purpose, which is not okay, and she will be punished accordingly.
As for azza and wolven. Wolven would know oocly that their criminals, but he did not mention it to be IC at any times. There were slight mistakes here that seems like FailRP and could have been roleplayed alot better, however it is a minimum.
