It used to be the case that the gamemode would detect it if you had less then 0$ (due to a bug or something) and it would permanently ban you with the reason "contact soulripper". People who chargeback donation money receive the same ban as far as i know (not saying you did Arkten) so there are multiple reasons why this (presumably) automated ban was triggered.
