Summary: I was placing spikes on the road for a pursuit since they are heading to connectivity where I was, so I waited for mousie to pass then I placed the spikes, after that he reverse into the spikes and asked me to pay for his damages and said he would report me to my sergeant so I thought I should arrest him for reversing like that. I took out my gun and pointed at him and asked him to stop moving (as you can see in the chat) He stopped and I requested a warrant, two minutes later he jumps in his car and drives off not like I had a gun on my hand

Story is true, but I ran into my vehicle as she had lowered her gun and wasn't actively aiming at me. She had lots of time to cuff me and that's why I decided to take the chance while the gun was lowered.
