Summary: While I was playing on V2D, everyone on OOC was going crazy about StormXX randomly cuffing people and driving off, at the time, no admins were on. At the time, I didn't know anyhting so I got no screenshots. And then, I walked into the Bank, where StormXX, proceeded to taze me and walk over my dead body killing me. It happened so quick I didnt get a screenshot.
Evidence: Unfortunately, I have none, as StormXX was gone so quick, and no screenshots could have given sufficient evidence, lets just hope this gets approved.
