[Solved] Help with OBS recording

I used exactly the same insturctions on Awestruck's thread about OBS Recording,but it does not work.
Can anybody help with that?At 'Game Capture',it records sound but the screen is black,on Display Capture it shows the desktop but black in Garry's Mod.

Download windows 10, use the built in capture feature.

Just press windows alt R to start recording then windows alt R to stop recording

Do not use the XBOX DVR, it causes issues with many games. Use either Shadowplay or Relive depending on if you have an AMD or Nvidia graphics card.

Some people don't have a dedicated GPU, which is why I made the tut.

Once you started the recording and went into Garry's Mod, press Rightclick . It should work then, if not, capture your whole screen.

Try running your game in windowed borderless.

Go to your steam library > Right click Gmod > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type "-windowed -borderless" > Apply > Run Gmod and try recording again.

Also ensure that Gmod is running your native resolution.

Started using display capture but Game Capture still not working

While on game capture try enabling the Anti-Cheat compatibility hooking works for me on some games that black screen otherwise
