Summary: Shaker has been constantly being a pest to me as he's constantly FailRP with his freinds. Earlier today he was making me hostage for no reason. Jumping on me and shooting me. I was killed in the second and third picture by him. I did nothing at all but he just blatently ties me up and jumps on me, then the third picture he gets out of his car and kills me with his crowbar.

Nothing on your pictures proves that "Shaker" or anyone else killed you (only shows ingame roleplay names), so therefore we can't really do much.

Make sure your screenshots or recordings (recordings are better) have prove next time.
