Suggestion: Upon spawning as police or SRU, a message should be displayed to tell them to go and arm up in the Nexus Garage. 

Reason: I've seen quite a few cops spawn in and drive off without realising where they need to go to arm up. A simple notification would solve this.

Example: "Welcome to the force, remember to gear up in the Nexus Garage" or something of that nature would help out new players as well as forgetful players who wish to play as cops.
