Summary: Basically, I was going to stop him and give him a small fine of $200 for J walking. I got out of my vehicle, clear sights of my tazer was drawn. He ran away ( Breaking FRP ), withdrawn a M4A1 and begin to shoot at me. I quickly pulled by and swapped wepaons. He then shot me breaking FEARRP. He simply, should know better with his hours and his activity rate. I hope to see action.

first of all, seconds before he came towards me I was talking to another officer who said he'll arrest me (( the RP reason doesn't matter )) so I thought that guy its his "backup" because he was with a prisoner .. (( he was escorting prisoner )) so I ran from the cruiser after that he got out with his tazer (( out of range ... completely )) so I switched to my gun (( Normally , by my experience of playing, when it happens to me I think that's ok so.. not sure if its not after talking to Flares... )) And then came closer to him, he switched to his gun, soon as he did, I started shooting.. not sure if Tazer out of range doesn't show up to FearRP (( At first place when he just got out he wasn't in range.. I think only if I'm in range and then attempting to flee to out range... thats fearRP... )) but... we'll see. admins can decide. just a note.. I see that a lot .. but a lot in the server.. never reported because I thought its ok since I wasn't in range at first place.. only if I'm in range and then he's attempting to flee I report..

but lets leave it to the Admins... I think because at the first place I wasn't in range to get tazed.... It wasn't fearRP.... BUT If at first place I was in range to get tazed, then it was FearRP... lets... just leave it to the admins..

Noiize did run away, but as shown he is not in taze range, nor did you speak in any communications, so FearRP did not apply.
