This really does not show much, as Blade could've been healed by a medic. Do you have any further evidence?

There were no medics online nor staff members so he couldn't have avoided his NLR for whatever reason. This can be proven by logs.

Alright, after doing a quick log check it shows Blade being hit by a vehicle. It also shows in logs that he did not get healed from a paramedic which means he broke NLR to get over there.

I have also been provided a screenshot from an anonymous user that shows there were no paramedics:
