Title of Bug: Handcuffed/Roped due to new AFK System

Description: When you get handcuffed/roped and then demoted from your current job for afk, it will keep saying that you're handcuffed/roped.

As in you do not have your hands etc?
Or as in it states you are handcuffed when looking at you?

I don't know when somebody is looking at me it says I'm handcuffed, but you don't have your hands etc, can't change your job... everything like when you're handcuffed/roped.

Happened to me earlier this week.
Also, I don't know if its the same, but when you get un arrested, sometimes, the game still thinks your in jail.
