Admin sit/mod sit. Same shit
I always assumed it meant that you are "sitting" with an admin talking about what happened in the server and what rules were broken. Usually on the roof of a building. Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.

It's called that because when a staff member freezes you it looks like your sitting ^_^
