Summary: After arresting Dale, he continuously breaks fearRP as I try to shepard him to jail.  Eventually he gets a bright idea to run back into the BK where his friends Uncharter (Corleone) and Kingy (BMD) are based together.  At gunpoint, I request they don't close the door and for him to get out of the BK.  Instead Uncharted closes the door and I move in to arrest him for aiding a fugitive.  He then runs away from me causing me to chase and taze.  I then follow Dale for more fearRP breaking, tazing him and walking him towards nexus, he wakes up at the AMPM.  More fearRP breaking till we get near nexus.  This is where Kingy tries to kill me with a metal cabinet, failling.  He then drops a helicopter on me.  You can't see the name of the helicopter in the video, however Random grabbed the console where it shows the propkill.

It was minor fearRP, but he was also basing with a BMD as corleone. Dragon was breaking several rules before hand as well, sadly I didn't catch them all on video.
