Summary: The guy wanted to check me without any reason while i was in a car, i drove away, the guy folloewd me. Then i took out my AK and wanted 500$ from him (he was unarmed at this time). 
Then the guy called backup and took out his pistol an started shooting, while he was under gunpoint. Then he got killed by me.

I don't have anymore evidence. But I think, you can see him having nothing out first while he is under gunpoint, and then he tooks out his gun. 

If it's not enough evidence for you, close the thread please. I don't have more evidence.
