Posting on behalf of myself and Corie the Nub. There is a shorter version of this at the bottom of the page in bold for the lazy people.

Ok let me start this off once more by saying that all people who breach the "FL ToS" get a permanent ban or suspension from using the FL services. There is nothing about anyone getting a warning. We did not get a warning but some people did the exact same thing as me and corie but yet we get banned without no warning.

1.12. Are there things I can't do on the Services? You must not use the Services to harm others or the Services. For example, you must not:

"You must not attempt to disassemble, decompile, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or use for other purposes the Services, any application, or other content available or accessible through the Services. If you do, we may suspend your account and your ability to access the Services." -- Is this what Temar did to make LL? Why is he not banned this is a clear violation of the ToS.

If they get a 48 hour warning why did we not get the same? It's only fair. Even after the 48 hour warning you did not ban them all. No one even said anything about what we were doing.

So? where is our warnings or compromises...

Short Version: People got a warning for using FL game mode and staff tried to reason with them so they did not get banned however when we did the same we just got banned on the spot how fair is this?

Within the team, we've discussed your ban and we've chosen to deny your unban request.

You refer to the staff team of another community where the staff members got a second chance to get a choice of leaving the community or being banned from Fearless, you can't compare this situation to your own situation. The staff team didn't own and set up the gamemode in the community, they administrated and didn't have a choice whether or not the gamemode should be changed.
You, however, had a choice and you chose to use a leaked version of our gamemode and hosted a server with the gamemode, I'm quite sure you knew what consequences this would have for you. As you told me when I brought you to the roof back when I confronted you; You wanted to use the gamemode and delete some aspects from the version to make it look like a newer version of applejack or something along with that.

As you can see by ToS section 1.12 it's now allowed to use Fearless gamemode.
