I've watched all three video's and the CDM is a clear image of them doing it on purpose, the FearRP however isn't really that clear, but they ran off whilst you attempt to handcuff them with your gun/tazer pointed before. Still the FearRP isn't clear to me and I will not judge them on it.

Both players will be blacklisted from vehicles for 3 hours for CDM on purpose.
