Summary:I joined the Server then I saw that guy who was spawning helicopters and cars. He took the helicopter and threw it in the sky and slamming it against everything.

As far as I can see, there is only one helicopter spawned in.
The is no evidence showing that the accused player have been smashing it around or spamming.

But the player were putting the props in the middle of the street and I dont see that he have been granted public building permission.

Therefor this player report is Approved and the accused player will be punished accordingly.
