Summary: The base has extremely high walls 189.66 units using the measuring tool. '18.2 Walls used to surround a base can't be more than 4 metres tall (4 PHX units).'

Then while i was photographing he exploited the materials he was using '18.4a Colors and materials that remove the depth perception and allow it to perfectly blend in with the surrounding props cannot be used in defenses. (I.e. Pitch black color on a barricade and the walls behind it.)'

Please provide the evidence with links to larger screenshots as it's hard to see how exactly the base is constructed from these tiny screenshots.

There was another thread on HackingDonkey in the courthouse recently about an RDM situation. In the case, the OP provided a video which might help get a sense of scale for the size of the base.

In this video, you can see a full 360 of the base in scale with a player as well. May be slightly distorted due to the chase cam of the car.
