And then i was Blacklistet from NLR After i go there back....And then i have reconnected to check if this was a bug.And then i was banned Please help me

I completely agree with MasterNoda here. The message itself is only to aid the players to remind them that "NLR" rules exist.
Reconnecting cancels the whole "NLR punishments" point, you did that, therefore you got punished for it.
