Summary: I was investigating an incident involving a molotov being thrown, so i walk up to MK and question him on what had happened but he decides to run off so i taze and cuff him. He them says in LOOC g2g and disconnects whilst still unconscious.

As he did teleport me back to ask if it was me that had been cuffed or not, I told him it wasn't me, so I presumed all was fine.
