Can people with 30+ RPP give RPP?

I was wondering if he implemented that idea in the end. if people with 30+ RPP could give RPP to other players and that it was logged to prevent abuse.

This is essentially the role of a Teacher, without the main role of assisting users with their questions, so in a way, yes it was as the Teacher Rank from my understanding.

I don't believe so and it should just stay for teacher and above, imo.

I can +/- Support this even though it is not a suggestion, but the RPP point giving should only stay for certain ranks, teacher and above, but it would be interesting that some individuals might receive the ability, who would be trusted with it, etc.
