Contributor rank + Evocity Props

Contributors now not only get a forum rank but also an in-game rank.

The rank includes:

• Prop limit increased to 50 props
  
• Unique physicsgun colour       
  
• Scoreboard icon (COG/GEAR)
  

Other changes

• Developer only icon changed to orange wrench
  

NOTE - All contributors that don't have rank right now ask me or Avgar for promotion.

The update description

• Over 300 Props to choose from
  
• Props from Evocity v2p, v2d, x33, v4b1       
  
• The addon does not disturb current spawnlist
  
• You can spawn the props on ALL servers.
  

It is recommended to download workshop addon for easy access to the props(Addons>Evocity props in Q menu)
