I understand it was not to me as a person.
I want to ask you one thing though, please be clear when you ban people. If i wouldn't have looked on the site for my ban reason, I wouldn't have known. You only said, you just broke FearRP, without any explanation.
But let's wait for Avgar, so this case can finally be concluded.

I think it's quite clear that if around 4-5 HEAVILY armed men were stood right infront of you who clearly had criminal intentions, you would have to be pretty damn dumb to CALL the police on them when they're stood right infront of you.

/requests are essentially phonecalls, stating the obvious. Just want to make that clear.

Honestly I fail to see how this could even turn into such a hefty discussion when the facts are layed out for us on the table.
Surrounded by heavily armed men stood right infront of you.
You call the police when stood right there.
They see you do that, they turn you into a strainer.

The only discussion there could be is whether this would be FearRP or FailRP due to the fact that yes, you did not receive orders.
So perhaps this would not be FearRP. However it is completely unrealistic for you to call for the police in such a situation, therefore I'd rather call it FailRP.
