As I was saying on the server, My main problem with this is that as soon as that rule was implemented people started randomly becoming racist. Not for an RP related reason.. Just because they could. For example I heard quite a few citizens shouting things like "Fucking Chinese C***" at passersby down the street And sure. I understand why they've done that.. But whether it makes a better community or a better RP situation.. I just don't know.
