We're currently working on fixing and adding all features you could come up with regarding the truck update.
Be patient and you'll soon no longer have issues with this.

at the Sugsettion >tab under finshed say the tread 2 more slots for chauffer, but ther is no 3 slot added yet

Both the development & the staff team are working at 200% right now regarding tweaking both this update and working on plenty of others.
All we can ask from the players is that they'll be patient just a tad bit longer and it will surely get rewarded.

That's not the permanent solution, Soul just did it in the meantime to give more people a chance at using the trucks for this week.
