Why we should unban you:
My president's job name was Der Fuhrer, and I as a S.R.U Sergeant with the custom name as Schultzstaffel - Commandant was making a sign with the Odal Rune, outside nexus on one of the pillars. After a while, when Niels left the server, Awestruck told openly in OOC that I must change my job name, I sent him a message saying he should teleport to me so we can talk about it. I would like to explain myself that Schultzstaffel only means protecting shield/squad, even though the real National Socialist defense squadron was named Schutzstaffel. He started counting down in OOC, and then demoted me from SRU, he lasered me up to a roof and we talked for a minute or two, ending with him letting me down. Later in OOC he said that he let me go with a verbal warning. I was making my Odal Rune done, advanced duplicated it. - Then left.
When I tried logging into the server today I noticed I was banned. Which means I was banned AFTER I logged out for racism/discrimination.

I would like you to explain how I discriminated, and what I did that was racist, and worthy a ban.
Since you "let me go" from using the job name Schultzstaffel, which I do not understand why it should not be allowed in the first place, and my banners are publically accepted/allowed, I wonder what you banned me for. That you simply ignore the president with the job name Der Fuhrer, and go after me instead, makes me feel like you have some personal feud against me, which I see unfitting for a fresh moderator. 

 Since I believe you have no clue what the definition of the fancy words you put in the ban reason, I am going to put them here down below.

the belief that races have distinctive cultural characteristics determined by hereditary factors and that this endows some races with an intrinsic superiority

Doing some further investigation in the logs as to your job name, it did infact state:

This is the exact name of an extremist group throughout the Nazi period.

This was part of the reason for your ban.

The other part you forgot to mention is the series of numbers you stated in OOC before you left the server.
Having my suspicions, I looked it up and the first thing that comes up in google is this:

Now. You had no other reason to state those numbers. Yes, I understand that you have every right to believe in something whether it is ethically wrong or not. But that. That is disgusting in my honest opinion. 
Nazism has a bad name. Please be considerate to the other players of Fearless.

It couldn't be more clear that whoever was involved in the government roleplay at the time were resembling Nazism.
Your job name did, and so did his. Although the banners you made out of context are not extremist signs, in this situation it certainly pushed it limits to add to the nazism roleplay going on.
